Our Club is all about "The Horse"

 1st & Most Important because everything else comes together

• a) Learn & Teach - Beginnings as early in America as 1665 with the later 1800's when the sport & Tracks excelled
•  b) History - Understanding this history can tell us where we are in the Metaverse for horseracing.

•  a) Can't forget about the people there are no horses without people that care
•  b) "The Horse" then doesn't simply mean the animal.  It is the engine! The power! Behind hard work!

•  a) Encourage Breeding & Support those that have, are, do and will.  Very important we set the expectations for the future.
•  b) Invest proceeds into farms & fields to ensure each Thoroughbred Breeding State grows.  Some States better than others.

•  a) Rewards for top notch facilities that help others.  They are giving and supporting growth.  We want to give back to you.
•  b) Reward Breeding - Even if you do not own that horse anymore you should benefit because others will benefit from you.

•  a) Jockey Fund 
•  b) Research & Development Fund
•  c) Breeding & Farm Fund
•  d) Art & Promotion Fund
•  e) Partner and become the coin of horse racing

•  a) 1 Graded Stakes Proven horse to purchase $500K-$1M (Breeder's Cup 2022)
•  b) 5 Horses Claimed or Private Purchase at $40,000 to $150,000
•  c) 5 Horses Claimed at $20,000 to $10,000 (Monthly runners at various racetracks)
•  d) Horses to be run and cared for by Toye's all across America or their approved network
•  e) Horses claimed or private purchase are expected to get claimed from us. Once claimed money will be used to purchase more horses. 
•  f) Starting with an existing form

•   1) DAO will make the decision on what will be done.
•   2) Claim again or cash out. Token will be burned and new one issued.
